Brandon 1.0
Brandon started in the industry as an intern on Steven Spielberg's Survivors of the Shoah project. While finishing college he took a full time job at New Line Cinema and worked in post production on films such as American History X, Rush Hour, Blade, Austin Powers and many many others. He was called back to his alma mater and helped to launch the school of cinema that is still extremely active to this day.
His first feature credit was on the indie film Dots, written and produced by his friend Derek Kolstad.
Brandon 2.0
He then took a break from the industry and moved to Montana where, the undeniable call of film grabbed him once again and he teamed up with Eden Bryant to create Nova Vento Entertainment and begin creating projects once again.
Brandon has directed feature films, live broadcast, and national (and local) commercials. Though some of these were from the past, he has been extremely active in the last 5 years and has directed two feature films (Nexus of Evil, Somewhere in Montana), produced others (Don't Tell Larry, Heart of a Champion) and his company Nova Vento has theatrically released 15 features in the US during that time.
Brandon prides himself on the number of cast and crew that thrive on his sets, or as he is fond of saying, "The high tide raises all boats." He also enjoys talking about himself in the third person and making himself more important than he actually is in biographical summaries.
